HNW will maintain IT suitable for its business needs. HNW will favour Microsoft compatible hardware and software wherever appropriate. Staff will be suitably trained to allow them to carry out their stated duties that invariably rely heavily upon IT systems. HNW will outsource the maintenance of its hardware and software systems to 3rd party experts when appropriate to do so including but not limited to:
HNW will endeavour to support its Representatives’ business needs and its own business needs for efficient and effective solutions through IT. In particular HNW has mandated the use of SYNCRM FPS. SYNCRM FPS allows HNW to define and automate business Workflows. SYNCRM FPS is also used for storage of client data, registries, and client management.
